How to Access/Stream PC Files on your Android Device
STEP 1
Install File Explorer Application from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alphainventor.filemanager&hl=en on your Android Device. You can download any File Explorer App that supports Network connections.
STEP 2
Connect Your Windows PC and Android Device to the Same WIFI Network.
STEP 3
Go to Properties of a Folder where you want to share the contents.
STEP 4
Take the Sharing tab and click on share .
STEP 5
Choose the current user /Add an new user,We can give the Read/Write Permission Against the User. and click share.
Now Your Folder is Shared to the Network.
STEP 6
Open the File Explorer App on your phone.
And click Remote
STEP 7
Click on Add a Remote Location
STEP 8
Choose Local Network.

It will scan the connected networks,and you will see your Computer Name in the List. Click on it.

STEP 9
Provide Username/Password.If you are using Any other File Manager application,there may not be scan option available.So you have to enter manually your host IP Address(Get it from ipconfig command)

Now you can see your shared Windows files.
